Early voting in Rowan County began on Thursday, October 15 and will continue until Saturday, October 31. Due to COVID-19, voters are encouraged to wear a mask and maintain social distance. Each voter will be provided with a pen and hand sanitizer. Voting booths will be sanitized after each voter.
Voting times are the following:
Sunday 1:00p.m.-5:00p.m.
Monday-Friday 8:00a.m.-7:30p.m.
Saturday 8:00a.m.-3:00p.m.
