We are beginning renovations for a new and improved Customer Service Department on the first floor of Kannapolis City Hall. 

As we prepare for the renovations the department will be closed to the public August 29 -September 2. Our pay by phone service will also be unavailable during this time. You are welcome to pay your utility bill using the City Hall kiosk and dropoff box (401 Laureate Way), online bill pay (www.kannapolisnc.gov) or mail your bill. 

Beginning September 3, the Customer Service Department will resume the paying by phone service but the department will remain closed for in-person payments until the renovations are complete.
