All City of Kannapolis offices will be closed on Friday, January 1, 2021, in observance of the New Year’s holiday. Garbage and recycling collection will operate on a regular schedule. However, there will be no yard waste collection for Friday’s route this week. Yard waste, limb and loose leaf collection will resume on Monday, January 4, on a normal schedule for the rest of the week.
