The Kannapolis Police Department announces the following promotions of personnel. James Livengood, II has been promoted to the position of Lieutenant. Jamie Beach and Travis Smith have been promoted to the position of Sergeant. Lieutenant Livengood began his career with the Kannapolis Police Department as a Patrol Officer in 1999.
