Reinaldo-Brahn will perform classic Brazilian rhythms (Samba and Bossa Nova) infused with funk and jazz. High school aged students, who live within the Kannapolis City limits, are eligible to apply to be on the Youth Council.   Applications are due at 5 p.m. on March 31, and students will be notified of their acceptance or denial no later than May 1.
