This year, the Winterland Express train will be by reservation ticket. There will also be a few walk-up times available. The reservation process allows us to accomodate as many people as possible per train ride-as safely as possible. The train will run every 10 minutes each evening during the Celebration of Lights. No reservation is required for the Carousel. You may just go straight to the carousel and purchase your ticket from our staff at the carousel ticket counter. Tickets are $2 for the each train ticket and $2 for the carousel.
Train Reservation tickets are suggested for Sundays - Thursdays. No reservations will be accepted Fridays & Saturdays. Seating will be on a first-come, first-served basis on Fridays and Saturdays.
- The online train reservation provides a receipt of your transaction. Once you receive the receipt you will click on the option to print or view your mobile ticket.
- On the day of your reservation, you will go directly to the train station with your mobile or print-at-home tickets.

- In the event that we will not be open due to weather, we will honor your ticket on another date of your choice (as seats are available).
